An excerpt from the housing survey done by Central Minnesota
Housing Partnership below,
"Based on forecasted household growth, replacement needs, and pent-up
demand the City of Holdingford has
a total housing demand of approximately *72 units through 2011.
Based on this need the following development concept is
recommended.
40-50 new affordable single-family units priced under $160,000
15-20 new market rate single-family units priced over $160,000
20 to 40 units of single family housing rehabilitation
These numbers do not take in consideration of the current housing
market and may need to be adjusted because of the market.
The 72 units include the rehab of the single family units."
