Utility poles to be removed. They are on the list to be removed by Xcel, (per Tom Zimmer) but they are waiting to have more work in this area before coming out to do this work.

Residents responsible for tree limb removal (overhang on streets) before snow flies so street sweeper and snow plow aren’t being brushed against and possibly scraping paint off city vehicles. (Ord.92.18 Public nuisances affecting peace and safety.)

City clerk to be head election judge for this election. She will be off work Tuesday, November 3rd.

Permission from the council to permanently display the children’s train in Holdingford. (Veteran’s Park or by the Wobegon Shelter). The organizations sharing in the cost and effort include Headley Hardware, Scegura Insurance Agency, St. Rosa Lumber, Ron Schmidt Northwestern Mutual and the Holdingford Lions.  Special thanks go to Berkon Outdoors for the use of their shop and tools to complete the work.
